Warranty, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The hardwood frame carries a ten-year warranty, foam and mechanisms three years, and upholstery one year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage and stains are not covered.

Cancel free of charge any time before production starts. Once cutting has begun a made-to-order piece cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, which is why we measure and confirm first.

Anything that arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed specification is repaired or rebuilt at our cost. Raise it by WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
